Returns and Claims Policy

You should examine goods immediately after delivery.

In circumstances where:

  1. the goods do not correspond with the description of them on the delivery note or invoice or are damaged or defective and the examination of those goods ought to have revealed the defect; or

  2. you want to return goods to us for reasons other than those listed in (a);

All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, require a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before they can be returned. To obtain a RAN, the Customer must contact customer services by telephone or e-mail. Each RAN is valid for goods returned from each invoice.

To the extent permitted by law, to qualify for a return where circumstances in (b) above apply, Goods must be unused items in original packaging and in unbroken quantities and in as-new condition. Goods shall only be accepted for return if a claim has been made within 7 days of delivery date of goods, subject to our approval and are subject to our inspection and acceptance on return.

All goods returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the invoiced price. Any goods subject to an expiry date, special order products and discontinued items shall not be accepted for return.
